Accelerometer
The Intelligent Edge Kilo (Kilo) has a built-in accelerometer that provides vibration/shock detection and orientation detection functions.
By default, it operates using the analysis algorithms included in obnizOS, and by updating the software, it can perform more detailed detection and advanced analysis.
👉 The accelerometer's algorithms can be switched or updated to suit your specific use case.
⚫︎ Orientation Detection
The accelerometer is used to detect the tilt or tipping over of the device.
With this function, you can check whether the device is installed in the correct orientation or whether it has assumed an abnormal posture.

- Detect abnormal orientations such as tipping over
- Estimate the number of operations or the current orientation from the number of tilt changes
