To switch the network that obnizOS connects to over to Wi-Fi, you need to enter configuration mode. In configuration mode, you can also make detailed setting changes, such as LED and button behavior, from JSON.
Configuration Mode
In the normal LTE connection mode, the device does not automatically transition to configuration mode; it is designed so that settings are not normally switched. Please use configuration mode in cases such as when LTE does not work and you want to use Wi-Fi.
To configure, you need to press and hold the configuration button for 3 seconds or longer. With the power on, prepare a thin pin such as a SIM pin and press and hold the recessed button. The button is small and difficult to press.
When the device enters configuration mode, the unit's white LED enters a slow blinking state. In addition, the unit broadcasts a Wi-Fi for configuration with the SSID "obniz-xxxxxxxx" (where x is the obnizID).
