Accelerometer
The Intelligent Edge Micro (Micro) has a built-in accelerometer that provides vibration/shock detection and orientation detection functions.
By default, it operates using the analysis algorithms included in obnizOS, and updating the software enables more detailed detection and advanced analysis.
👉 The accelerometer allows you to switch or update its algorithms to suit your use case.
⚫︎ Orientation Detection
The accelerometer is used to detect the tilt or fall of the device.
This function lets you confirm whether the device is installed in the correct orientation and whether it has entered an abnormal posture.

- Detect abnormal postures such as a fall
- Estimate the number of operations or the current orientation from the number of tilt changes
