Once you have determined the permissions for the user you want to invite to the account, you send the invitation.
How to Invite
You can invite a user in one of two ways.
- Send an invitation URL and have the recipient log in
- Have the recipient share their obniz Now user ID, then add them
Inviting by Invitation URL
From the sidebar, select Admin > Team Members, then choose Invite New User.

By entering an email address, you can also have obniz Now automatically send an invitation email.
You can also set an expiration date for the invitation URL.
Inviting by Specifying a User ID
If the recipient is already using obniz Now, you can add them directly by specifying their ID.
From Invite New User for the same team members, select Specify User ID, then specify the recipient's user ID along with the group and permission.
With this method, no notification is sent to the recipient even after the addition is complete.
