Device List

You can view a list of the devices registered to your account from the device list screen.

This screen can be customized, and if a setup performed by obniz or a pre-prepared template has been applied, a screen different from the one shown on this page will be displayed.

The "machine name" (or device name) is an arbitrary name that can be assigned to each individual device, and you can search by name using the search box in the upper right.

You can search for devices by partial match of the machine name using the search box in the upper right.

In addition, for devices that belong to a group, you can list and search for those that belong to a group.

Adding to a Group

You can add devices to a group from either the list screen or the individual device screen.

A single device can belong to multiple groups. The number of groups you can prepare within an account varies by your contract plan.

Because a device can belong to multiple groups, the following kinds of usage are possible:

  • Assign a device to the "obniz Hospital" and "Kanto Region" groups to manage it
  • Assign a device to the "obniz Hospital" and "Under Maintenance" groups to manage its status
  • Assign a device to the "Company A" group, and invite the customer to the "Company A" group as a guest
