Turn on the power
Power is turned on by connecting the obniz BLE Gateway to a power supply (outlet).
When the LED is blinking Green, it is ready to be set.Connect to the Wi-Fi (SSID) output by the Gateway from a PC or tablet.

Wi-Fi Settings
You can configure in following way.
- Connect to the Wi-Fi provided by the gateway with a smartphone, etc., and set up from a browser.
- Setting by WPS
- Using the "obniz Device Setting App" smartphone application to set up the device by holding up the smartphone (facility/operation function is required)
- Batch configuration of peripheral gateways using the CLI application "obniz-cli"

Here is how to configure the settings from a browser that can be used without prior preparation.
Procedure for setting up Wi-Fi(Case for Browser setting)
When you connect to Wi-Fi for the first time, the gateway will be in the standby state (LED blinking Purple) for Wi-Fi setting. Please follow steps 1-3 of the Wi-Fi setup procedure below to proceed with the setup.
If there is a memorized Wi-Fi (SSID), the LED will blink Blue. In this case, you do not need to perform steps 1 to 3 below.

For safety reasons, the system will automatically restart after 1 minute of inactivity or 15 minutes of inactivity while not connected to obniz Cloud.
1. Connect to the BLE gateway Wi-Fi
If you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi after purchase, the BLE gateway will flash purple and output Wi-Fi. Connect to the Wi-Fi output by the gateway from your PC, smartphone, or other device. After a short wait, the browser will automatically start up and the login screen will appear.
The initial passkey (password) is "obniz".
If it does not appear automatically, the cause may be one of the following:
- OS version less than 3.5.0 : Try opening the URL http://192.168.0.1/ in your browser and see here for how to set it up.

2. Wi-Fi Settings
After logging in, you will be taken to the Wi-Fi settings screen.
You can select the Wi-Fi that has been scanned in the vicinity.

Pressing "Connect" will immediately save the settings and start the connection.
The connection status will always be displayed under the button, if successful, "Online" will be displayed and the system will restart once.

Wi-Fi reconfiguration
